6:00 p.m. Band Hall opens for band members
6:30 p.m. Inspection: Show Shirt, Black Rehearsal Shorts, Rehearsal Shoes. Bring your water jug.
6:30 - 7:45 p.m. Gates Open / Dinner served for parents - Tickets available in advance only. Food tickets are $10 ea. Dinner provided by Raising Cane's. Please make checks payable to BUBB (Birdville United Band Boosters) - BUBB is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
6:50 p.m. Warm Up
8:00 - 9:00 p.m. End of Summer Preview Show
