About the Event
- 5:30pm - Band Hall Opens
- Cold Weather Dress will be jeans, Birdville Band Hoodie, or member’s jacket, or letterman jacket, game day ball cap, and Mighty Hawk Band Face Mask.
- Gather all of your items for the game (flip folder, lyre, water jug)
- 5:50pm - Meet in Sections in the Cafeteria for Inspection
- 6:00pm - Inspection
- 6:10pm – Depart for the FAAC
- 6:20pm – Up in the Stands
- 6:30pm – Senior Recognition Ceremony on the field
- 7:00pm – Game Time
- Joint on field Half Time Performance with RHS!!!
- 10:00pm-ish – Game Ends / Head to Band Hall for Group Dismissal
- 10:15pm-ish – Parent Pick Up / Band Hall Closes
