11:00am – 6:00pm Volunteer to work a shift for the contest at some point during the day

8:15pm – Band Hall Opens / Get Dressed

8:45pm – Inspection

8:55pm – Move to Warm-Up

9:00pm – Warm-UP

9:45pm – Move to Gate

9:55pm – Gate

10:00pm – Performance

10:20pm – Group Dismissal

10:45pm – Parent Pick Up
