About the Event
o Show day rehearsal, 9:30am – 11:30am
o Get show ready, 11:30am – 12:45pm
o Floor crew, please be ready at 12:30pm wearing BHS attire/gear
o Load bus, floor, props, and equipment, 12:50pm
o Departure to Northwest High School, 1:15pm
o Arrive,between 1:45 and 1:50pm
o Check in, 2:00pm
o Body warm-up, 2:29pm
o Equipment warm-up, 2:49pm
o Floor crew meet at the floor at 2:50pm
o Performance,3:00pm
o After floor folding, loading equipment, and changing, you will have time to watch guards and eat on your own at show site.
o Retreat,5:45pm
o Load bus, 6:00pm
o Departure back to Birdville, 6:10pm
o Arrival back and unloading at Birdville, around 6:50pm
