Happy Wednesday Mighty Hawk Band!
This is just a friendly reminder to everyone about tomorrow's "Catch Up Camp". As discussed earlier this Summer, UIL added an addition 12 hours for pre August Marching due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have decided that the best way for us to use these hours is to get together one addition time to review how to march (starting at the very beginning to get everyone caught up...Catch Up Camp!). This camp is for all Winds and Percussionist.
Color Guard members, Mr. Horton and Ms. Bennett will not be here until August 2nd. August 2nd will be your first day to show up to camp. I can't wait for you to meet them. They are awesome!
The new Mighty Hawk Band Online Calendar launches tonight at midnight. In the past, we had many people tell us they had trouble viewing the Charms Calendar. We finally received permission from BISD to change to a Google Calendar which is AWESOME! All dates for the entire school year (including all August Camp-End of Marching Season rehearsals) are on the calendar. Please be sure to check it out ASAP.
