Sunday E-News (Aug 3-7)

Happy Sunday Mighty Hawk Band!

I’m super excited to see everyone tomorrow morning! J I feel like it’s been forever. Please remember to do you self-screening at home before you come to rehearsal and please don’t forget your face covering.  Friendly reminder, you will enter through the main band hall entrance (signs will be posted.) Be sure to social distance at least 6 feet apart when waiting, and then check-in with Mr. Stover. After checking in, you will then meet with Mr. Figueredo or Ms. Chang to review and update your Charms information in the computer. After updating your charms account,  please go and sit down on a social distance mark on the floor. Please don’t forget to bring:

· UIL Pre-Participation Physical Form (9th graders and anyone new to our program)

· Face Covering

· Hand Sanitizer

· Water Jug filled with Ice Water

· Sun Screen
