Monday – Wind Ensemble Rehearsal / Percussion Ensemble Rehearsal
· 3:00 – 5:00pm Wind Ensemble Rehearsal
· 3:30 – 6:30pm Full Percussion Rehearsal for LDI
· 6:30pm – Drumline Performs at BHS Basketball “Meet the Hawks” night
Tuesday – Percussion Ensemble Rehearsal
· 3:30 – 4:30pm Percussion Ensemble (Feeling of Coming Home)
· 4:45 – 6:30pm Full Percussion Rehearsal for LDI
Wednesday – Battery Percussion / All Region Band Sectional (B Week)
· 3:00 – 5:00pm – Percussion Ensemble - Beyond the Clouds
· 3:00 – 4:00pm – All Region Sectional First Group
· 4:00 - 5:00pm – All Region Sectional Second Group
Thursday – BHS vs. Denton Ryan
· 3:00 – 3:30pm Rehearsal / Load Truck
· 4:00pm – Eat Dinner Get Dressed (White Band Shirt)
· 5:00pm – Inspection
· 5:10pm – Depart for Denton ISD Stadium
· 6:00pm – Arrive at Denton ISD Stadium / Unload
· 6:20pm – Up in the Stands / Warm-Up
· 7:00pm – Game Time
· Half Time / Spirit Show
· 10:00pm ish – Game Ends
· 10:30pm ish – Depart for BHS
· 11:15pm ish – Arrive at BHS / Group Dismiss / Unload Truck
· 11:30pm Parent Pick Up
Friday – Half Day of School
Saturday – Lewisville Drumline Invitational
· 11:15AM Arrive at BHS
· 11:45-1:45PM Rehearsal
· 1:45PM Run thru
· 2:00PM Load Truck / Change into Uniform / Eat lunch (Not provided)
· 3:00PM Depart BHS
· 3:40PM Arrive at LHS
· 3:45PM Unload Truck
· 4:30-5:25PM Warmup
· 5:35PM Gate
· 5:45PM Performance
· 6:00PM Load truck/Eat dinner
· 7:00PM Head to Arena to watch remaining groups & awards
· 8:30PM Awards
· 9:15PM Depart for BHS
· 10:00PM Arrive at BHS
· 10:15PM Go Home/Unload Monday
